Michelle Siegel is running for State Senate in Pennsylvania’s 27th Senate District, which encompasses Snyder, Columbia, Montour, and Northumberland Counties and part of Luzerne County.
Michelle was born and raised in the Susquehanna Valley and received her Bachelors of Science in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Susquehanna University. She is an active member of her community and is currently vice-chair of the Snyder County Democrats, as well as a member of the Rivertown Coalition and the Climate Reality Project. She also serves as the Music Program Coordinator for the Regional Engagement Center’s Summer Camp and has served as music director and youth leader at her local church.
Michelle currently lives in Selinsgrove with her husband, son, and two-year-old Boston Terrier, Morty. In her free time, Michelle enjoys reading, biking, playing the flute, art, painting, volunteering, horseback riding and hiking.
