TurnPABlue.org is a project of Turn PA Blue. We work hard to protect your privacy. We never
share or sell your email address or any other information with outside organizations without
your permission.

Petitions and Surveys

For petitions and surveys you’ve signed or completed, we treat your name, city, state, and
comments as public information – for example, we may provide compilations of petitions, with
your comments, to the President and legislators, other targets, or to the press. We will not
make your street address publicly available, but we may transmit it to members of Congress
and to the President as part of a petition. This is a standard industry practice in such situations.
In no such case will we disclose your email address or phone number without your permission.
We may also make your comments, along with your first name, city, and state available to the
press and public online.

Sending Emails

In certain cases, we enable you to send individual emails to elected officials, and other targets
as well as Letters-to-the-Editor to various news publications. These messages are sent in your
name, with your e-mail address as the return address and your full name and contact
information is provided as part of the submission. These messages will only be sent out under
your name as you approve them on an individual basis using our email tool. You are solely
responsible for the specific message(s) you send using our email tool.

Coalitions

We may occasionally launch petitions or other campaigns in collaboration with allied organizations, who will be clearly disclosed on the page. If you sign on to join such a campaign, you may also receive updates from those allies. We may share limited contact information with coalition partners for one-time use to advance our campaigns, for example, communicating with you about logistics for an event you’ve signed up to participate in.

Phone Campaigns

From time to time, Turn PA Blue staff members, volunteers, and vendors may contact you by telephone about urgent campaigns. If you would like to be removed permanently from our phone list, please contact us at info@turnpablue.org . Please allow 8-10 business days for your information to be removed.

This site contains links to outside sites. Turn PA Blue is not responsible for the privacy policy or the content of such Web sites.

Children

Turn PA Blue does not solicit personally identifying information from children. Visitors who are
under 13 years of age should ask their parent or legal guardian for assistance when using the
Site and should not submit any personally identifying information to the Site. For example,
visitors under 13 years of age should not make donations.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the
information under our control.

Financial Contributions

If you choose to contribute online to Turn PA Blue, your credit card information will be used
only for this transaction through our secure online payment system.

We use cookies (cookies reside on your computer and are under the control of your browser)
to make it easier to participate in the TPAB’s online campaigns. If you wish to disable these

edit, translate, distribute, syndicate, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative
works of all such User Content and your name, written words, graphics, voice, and/or likeness
as contained in your User Content, in whole or in part, and in any form, media or technology,
whether now known or hereafter developed, for use in connection with the Service and Turn
PA Blue’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for
promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any
media formats and through any media channels.
